BE ON TIME!
New York Soccer Club is our training company. They have expressed their need to have all players on time. On time means that if your session starts at 8:30, you arrive no later than 8:20 and be dressed (soccer cleats, shin guards, uniform for games) and on the field ready to play at 8:30.
If you are late, you must wait on the sideline for a break in the session to join. Joining in the middle interrupts the group and slows down the session as the trainer has to go back and tell you what they're doing. To always avoid this, just be on time.
